5:Lunaria Orsogna ‘Coste di Moro’ 2017:
Impenetrable ruby red color, the nose is intense of red fruit and black cherry jam, light notes of cocoa and toasted complete its bouquet. The palate is warm, fairly tannic, soft, intense, with the typical almond finish.

6: Three Wine Company 2019:
The nose delivers a stunning concentration of rich, ripe fruits (blackberry, black cherry and plum) with undertones of fresh earth, chocolate and spice. The palate is intense and overflowing with berry and cherry fruit flavors, perfectly framed by a rich and well-balanced mouthfeel that leads into a long, spicy finish. The tannins are soft, loose knit and mouthcoating, allowing the luscious fruit flavors to cascade across the palate.

From the Rioja Alavesa wine region, Covila Crianza 2016 is a fruity, medium-bodied and fragrant Tempranillo with ripe raspberry, vanilla and dark spice aromas on the nose. Vibrant on the palate with easy tannins, look for ripe red currant, dark cherry, cold black tea, minty and sweet spice flavours on the palate. Enjoy now with a roast of pork and all the trimmings.

8: Alto Moncayo Veraton 2019:
