1: Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils Châteauneuf-du-Pape Première Pierre 2021:
This early-drinking, easy-to-like charmer presents a medium-bodied, soft, and silky texture, exuding a refined character. From start to finish, it offers a fresh and elegant blend of spicy and sweet red fruits.

2: Goat Do Roam 2021:
This blend reveals red berries, plums, and a mix of baking spices on the nose, while the youthful palate is rich with abundant berry fruit and spice, complemented by well-integrated oak nuances. The palate is smooth, supported by firm tannins and culminates in a long, fresh finish.

3: Mazzocco Cabernet Sauvignon 2020:
The nose is enticed by bold flavors of black cherry, dark currant, and forest floor. The Mazzocco Alexander Valley Sonoma Cabernet offers a luscious mid-palate impression filled with blackberry preserves, cinnamon bark, hazelnut, and a hint of minerality. Its finish is seamless, weaving together rich, velvety tannins and wild berries encased in leather, all framed by French oak and subtly enhanced by a touch of cacao-infused cigar box.

4: Malbec Du Clos 2019:
This Malbec is dark and inky black, medium to full-bodied, featuring prominent aromas of cherry fruit, spice, and tar on the nose. On the palate, gravelly mineral elements come forward, leading to light red cherry and spice flavors that develop with further aeration.

5: Domaine Pierre Fils Heledus 2020:
Aromas of juicy, ripe red and black fruits explode from the glass: cassis, blackberry, raspberry and sour cherry. Mixed in is a subtle savory spice note that floats with all the lovely fruit aromas. On the palate, the wine is round and bursting with flavor; silky soft tannins and vibrant freshness balance each other impeccably as the wine flows into a relaxing finish.

6: Highway 12 2020:
Composed of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and approximately 10% Merlot, this wine was aged in French oak and features cedary overtones, complemented by a rounded mid-palate body and tingly tannins towards the finish. The entry is marked by soft earth tones on the nose, along with hints of cherry, blueberry, and a gentle vanilla-oak softness. Medium to full-bodied, the wine displays excellent fruit ripeness, enhanced by its richness and a slightly chewy texture.

7: Château de Beauregard-Ducourt 2018:
Cherry and cassis notes take the lead here, with hints of singed cedar and a tug of warm earth on the finish. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

8: Three Wine Company Old Vines Zinfandel 2018:
The wine has a deep ruby-violet center with crimson flashes in its tears. Its nose is warm and focused, featuring aromas of ripe black plum, wild raspberry, dried blueberry, and black cherry. Along the edges, there are hints of smoked potpourri and a spice bouquet that includes notes of licorice root, fennel, and clove. On the palate, it is full and rich, conveying a warm sensation that extends to a long, spicy finish.
